The findMe service

We launched a lost-and-found service called findMe.

findMe is a kind of insurance – a return guarantee. Protect your personal belongings (keys, phone, tablet, passport, wallet, bank cards, etc.) today – and they come back tomorrow if lost.

If you have ever lost the keys to your apartment, car or office, you remember that unpleasant situation of not knowing what to do. If keys are lost on the street or in public transport, the chance of getting them back is small – and even then it costs you personal time and nerves. And if you do not know where exactly you lost them, the chance is minimal.

The findMe service exists precisely to prevent such situations.

How it works. We give you a sticker or a keychain, you attach it to the item you want returned if lost. Whoever finds it calls our 24/7 hotline (the number is on the keychain). Our operator identifies the owner, contacts them and arranges the return.

Over 90% of people who find someone else's item are glad to return it (especially keys or documents with no material value to third parties). All the finder needs to do is call the hotline number on the keychain. Our hotline works around the clock, 24/7/365.

The item returns to its owner, and the finder gets the moral satisfaction of a good deed and a reward.
